1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by 531 Social ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Eligibility

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Period

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

4.2 Billing and Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for cancellations mid-billing cycle.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

5. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 531 Social and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all content you submit.

9. Termination

NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability
